Calming Therapeutic Methods for Kids – ANXIETY AND STRESS RELIEF

These common stress relief practices are being taught all around the world! This video is intended to teach children how they can start learning self-care techniques. Children now a days face so many challenges, everything from academic pressure to sports and having social media overload and peer pressure in between. These simple techniques can be taught to kids by parents, massage therapists, and teachers.

♥ In the spirit of autumn and the celebration of the Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos), we wanted to make this fun video portraying characters from the movie “Coco.” This Hispanic tradition to honor our beloved ancestors who are no longer with us, has been celebrated for thousands of years — since the time of the Aztecs. On the Day of the Dead, it is believed that the spirit world and the world of the living are united and spirits of our ancestors come to visit us and join us in celebration. Families gather, bring food and drinks, and bring along offerings at their ancestor’s gravesites or on the ofrendas (offerings) built in their homes.
