DOSAGE OF SUPPLEMENTS:
Beta Glucan: 1 pill per 55 pounds of body weight every day on empty stomach. One bottle contains 60 pills. For a 110 pound person they will need 1 bottle per month.

AHCC: Took 3,000mg every day on an empty stomach (total of 6 pills if 500mg each). I took this supplement every morning 30 minutes AFTER I took the Beta Glucan, and 30 minutes PRIOR to eating.

SUPPOSITORY:
DOSAGE: 1 suppository 3x per week. Place vaginally immediately before bedtime.
DIRECTIONS:
Gently melt 3.5 Tbs Coconut Oil. Add 20 drops of Lemongrass and 15 drops of Lemon Essential Oil. Use a dropper to fill up each heart mold. Place heart mold in freezer for 2 hours and then pop out hardened suppositories into an air tight jar. Keep in fridge.
*Warning: Wash hands thoroughly before placing suppository. If stinging or irritation occurs, discontinue use. You may also dilute the concentration of Essential Oil by simply using less drops and adding more coconut oil. Original amount of EO recommended in video was causing some people to have irritation so lowered amount*
