Spicy Chai Protein Shake with Essential Oils | Organixx Recipe

Wondering how to make a chai shake? In America, “chai” is usually used to denote a hot spicy tea flavored with either cardamom or cinnamon. We’ve taken the flavors of chai and combined them with some of our other favorite smoothie ingredients such as bone broth to create this tasty chai protein shake recipe.

When it comes to spicing up this chai smoothie recipe, here’s what Katrina used:
– Cinnamon, which is loaded with antioxidants and helps lower blood sugar levels and inflammation.
– Ginger, which supports flushing of waste and toxins by stimulating digestion, circulation, and sweating.
– Cardamom, which is best known for its stomach-soothing abilities but also contains an antiseptic that kills bacteria that can cause bad breath.
– Cloves (or in this case a drop of clove essential oils), which helps improve digestion by stimulating the secretion of digestive enzymes. Both cloves and clove oil are antibacterial and help freshen breath.
