RECIPES/INGREDIENTS IN TODAY’S VIDEO:

Ricotta Toast Ingredients (all ingredients to taste):

toasted bread of choice
fresh whole milk ricotta
maldon sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
fresh ground black pepper
lemon (squeezed over top)
pickled red onions (optional)

VEGETARIAN/VEGAN TACOS (no measurements; I chop all produce and place in individual bowls before plating)

organic corn tortilla sliders (Favorite brand with no preservatives:
rganic refried beans (Favorite brand:
organic roma tomatoes
organic white onion
organic lettuce
organic avocado
organic mango
organic sour cream OR unsweetened plain yogurt OR cashew cream (vegan) OR unsweetened plain vegan yogurt (vegan)
hot sauce (optional)

NOTE FOR TACOS: You can eliminate or substitute any ingredients on your tacos to suit dietary preferences/restrictions. You can also add additional toppings/ingredients. Be creative and have fun. I switch it up depending on what’s in season and what’s in my fridge.

⁃ 2 ounces of boiled, filtered water OR high quality witch hazel (I use water)
– 3 drops tea tree oil
⁃ 2 to 3 drops peppermint essential oil
⁃ 1 drop eucalyptus essential oil
⁃ 1 drop rosemary essential oil (optional)
⁃ 1 drop white camphor essential oil (optional)
